This company is flawless,the one complaint they may have had with only one customer Alfred sounds bogus. Bad bugs... 🐛 goes over and beyond to make sure you are pleased as a customer no matter the times it takes! There very transparent and informative for all your pest control needs. I called their office and needed help with a wasp infestation in our garage. The office staff was very polite and told... me I would be contacted shortly by a technician. Within the hour, Mr. Tim Williams called me and set up a service call for the next day. He was very polite and professional and the wasps were dead before the night was over. I am thankful for the prompt service and will be using this company for all my future pest control needs. Oh, and the price was better than other companies. Thanks Tim!read more

We hired Bad Bugs Pest Control to treat our home for bed bugs. We had a other company to treat it first with chemicals... it didn’t work after 6 treatments. So i started doing some research on other options I found heat was the best treatment. I called them and they did the heat treatment. We are bed bug free!!!!!read more
